By creating an account, purchasing or enrolling in a course, or otherwise using KoachConnect, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.
KoachConnect is an online learning platform that provides access to educational content, self-paced courses, coaching programs, bootcamps and related learning resources.

By purchasing a paid service, you authorise the applicable payment processor to charge the selected payment method for the displayed amount and any applicable taxes or charges disclosed during checkout.

Results can vary between individuals, and KoachConnect does not guarantee any particular financial, business, employment, sales or professional outcome from completing a course or coaching program.
Certain programs may include live coaching, workshops, group sessions or similar interactive activities.
Schedules may occasionally need to be changed because of instructor availability, technical issues or other circumstances.
Where reasonable, participants will be informed of material schedule changes.
Users participating in group programs must communicate respectfully and must not misuse personal or confidential information shared by other participants.
Certain courses may provide a certificate of completion after applicable completion requirements have been met.
A KoachConnect certificate confirms completion of the applicable course or program unless specifically stated otherwise. It should not be interpreted as a government licence, professional accreditation or formal academic qualification unless the course expressly states that such recognition applies.
Unless otherwise stated, course videos, lessons, graphics, text, documents, designs, branding, software and other materials available through KoachConnect are owned by or licensed to KoachConnect or the applicable content provider.
Users receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access course materials for permitted learning purposes.
You may not, without appropriate permission:
Republish course materials
Resell courses
Share paid course access
Record or redistribute protected sessions
Copy substantial portions of course content
Upload course content to another website or platform
Use course materials for unauthorised commercial distribution
Remove copyright or ownership notices
You must not use KoachConnect to:
Violate applicable law
Commit fraud
Interfere with platform security
Attempt unauthorised access
Introduce viruses or malicious software
Scrape or extract protected content without permission
Harass coaches, learners or other users
Share unlawful or abusive material
Circumvent payment or access restrictions
Misuse another user's account
We may restrict or suspend access where serious or repeated misuse occurs.
Users may be able to submit reviews, feedback or other content.
By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, spam, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.
KoachConnect may integrate with or link to third-party websites or services.
We do not control third-party platforms and are not responsible for their availability, content, security or independent terms and privacy practices.
Purchases are subject to the KoachConnect Refund Policy published on the website.
Users should review the Refund Policy before completing a purchase.
We aim to keep KoachConnect available and functioning reliably.
However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Temporary disruption may occur due to:
Maintenance
Updates
Internet failures
Hosting issues
Security incidents
Third-party service interruptions
Events beyond our reasonable control
KoachConnect may suspend or terminate access where a user materially violates these Terms, misuses the platform, commits fraud or threatens the security or rights of other users.
